Aieeee… because this life keeps changing though. I have evolved thru infinite chrysalis phases into a butterfly. I always think - “Oh this is it! I’m done evolving, no more f*cked up difficult challenges for me!” (universe laughs out loud ).

I cannot ask / guide / inspire my clients to look deeply within and challenge maladaptive narratives and limiting beliefs, and then advocate for their joy and pleasure — if I am unwilling to do the same.

Hearing myself speak with the people I work with, I always am struck by the truth of what I must do. I am doing this work too. I am with you. They call it Emotional Labor. I call it Emotional Rebirth because on the other side, is more versions of this Self — authentic juicy sensual standing-in-stillness and divinity — SELF. And I love her. She keeps changing… and in between her tears and fears, I love her fiercely.

If you are currently in a deep dive into Self, I am wishing you tenderness, compassion, warrioress ancestor protection, focus, surrender and soft breaks in between.

May we honor our past Selves for their adaptation to whatever phase we had to survive and may we honor our new Selves that may be a little wobbly and yet full of fire , and may we honor our future Selves that continue to whisper to us to become. And we will become into our power. Because we are love. Can you honor your evolutions? I see you.

All my love, Fox M.

Good Faith Estimate: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
