Los Angeles, San Francisco & Across California

Navigating Polyamory with Care and Compassion

Being in multiple relationships can be expansive, fulfilling and deeply meaningful—but it can also bring complexity, jealousy, and uncertainty. Many therapy spaces aren’t trained to support polyamory or non-monogamy. With expertise and a certification in CNM relationships, I offer online polyamory therapy in California for clients exploring ethical non-monogamy, queer relationships and open relationships.

My approach is compassionate, sex-positive, and non-judgmental—creating a space where you can explore your desires, boundaries and connections safely. I work with clients across California, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Oakland, Sacramento, San Diego and surrounding communities.

You Might Be Here If You’re Seeking Online Therapy…

  • You are polyamorous or exploring non-monogamy and want support managing communication, boundaries, or jealousy

  • You’re new to ethical non-monogamy and want guidance establishing agreements or structures

  • You’re exploring how your identity intersects with your relationship choices

  • You feel tension, guilt, or shame around desire, sex, or your relationship configuration

  • You want a Therapist experienced in polyamory, queer relationships and ethical non-monogamy

Therapy for Polyamory Isn’t One-Size-Fits-All
Every polyamorous experiences are unique. My approach is collaborative, relational, and trauma-informed. Through online therapy, we’ll explore the dynamics shaping your relationships, help you communicate effectively and navigate challenges while supporting joy, desire and connection.

Areas of focus include:

  • Navigating jealousy and compersion

  • Exploring attachment styles with compassion to rebuild security and safety

  • Setting and maintaining boundaries in multiple relationships

  • Communicating openly and ethically with Partners

  • Negotiating agreements and expectations

  • Exploring sexual and emotional desires

  • Healing shame or past relational trauma

Finding the Right Fit Matters: It's important to find a Therapist that aligns with you.

We may be a good fit if:

  • You want to approach polyamory or ethical non-monogamy with care and intention

  • You’re open to reflecting on your experiences and patterns

  • You value consent, communication, and accountability in your relationships

  • You’re looking for support navigating emotions, boundaries, and agreements

  • You’re interested in personal growth, emotional regulation and deeper connection

This space may not be the best fit if:

  • There is current physical or emotional abuse / harm in your relationship

  • You’re not open to exploring your role in relationship dynamics

  • You’re hoping therapy will focus primarily on changing others

  • You’re engaging in non-monogamy without clear consent or communication

  • You’re not ready to reflect on how your actions impact your relationships

  • When there has been infidelity—and accountability or readiness for repair is not yet present

I share this with care as therapy works best when there is resonance. If you’re a good fit, I provide understanding, guidance, and tools. If not, I can recommend other clinicians who may be a more supportive match.

Good Faith Estimate: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
