The Erotic Self.

Will you allow your Erotic Self to transform you, move you, change you? Can you give her/him/they space to breathe and occupy you in this lifetime?

Does your Erotic Self have permission to touch, be touched, be your Beloved and your Lover(s). Lick your neck in the early morning, touch you slowly giving rise to a quickened breath? I ask because we often lock our Erotic Self away with our Shadow Side, only allowing them to come out at specific times, or when they over take us from being imprisoned for too long…or never not at all. Your Shadow Side (the parts we deem shameful and secretive) and the Erotic Self — both have needs and dream of being acknowledged by you.

Your Erotic Self is beyond physical sex, it’s part of your Whole Self. It’s your romantic, desirable, adorable, sensual, powerful, soft, wet, hard, throbbing, masculine, feminine, non-binary spiritual Self. Whatever language you have chosen to name this part, let them breathe and take up space inside of you. This energy will ooze into your creativity, relationships, love making the way you move, your knowingness of your worth… giving new birth to who you already are.

Depth, power and tenderness all in one. I love this for you. Recognize your Self. Hello Erotic Sensual Being. I want to get to know you. It’s my pleasure to know you. May I see you?

Good Faith Estimate: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
