Remember Your Pleasure?

Pleasure is my goal this year. Enchant me, love me, flirt with me, see me, hear me, let me expand into my Self thru your reflection of me. I will do the same for you Beloved.

I have to recondition myself to pleasure because it’s been out of my reach for too many moments, days, years. It isn’t right. My body is forgetting.

Not to mention, (but can we please mention), that our urgency - social political - capitalistic - burn out encouraging - patriarchy world is not marketing that I should be… resting, playing with my Self (my kitty), sleeping, eating chocolate, taking rainy walks, soaking in hot bubble baths, falling in love, falling out of love, crying, dreaming and catching my breath. My breath. My life force. All that I am. If I cannot land back into my body, how can I be there for any of my life or for anyone? How can I feel this life?

Find your way back to Self. She / he / they is there waiting for you. Just waiting knowing hoping one day you’ll come back.

And maybe get a new vibrator! Penis owner’s can use vibrators too. Pleasure aids, literally aid us in pleasure. Let’s start there.

All my love,

Good Faith Estimate: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
