Oh myyyyy I am feeling so inspired to remind my Self and anyone needing to remember the authority you have over THIS life that you are experiencing, expressing, digesting and manifesting. Let’s gooooo.

In love, intimacy and romance we cannot control our Lovers. I know sometimes we want to change the way they behave, respond, and meet our needs. And yes we can ask for our needs to be met. I encourage you to ask for your needs to be met. But we truly cannot make anyone do anything. With that in mind — what we can do is change our Selves. I’m ready.

We CAN change OUR reactions, behaviors, perceptions, boundaries and sense of Self. We have that authority over our Selves and it is divine.

Let me see you set your new goal(s) that will be in alignment with the utmost life you see for your Self. What is this vision you have? Can you see it clearly? Make it delicious.

Any new goals you have will likely require change on your part. Sometimes change can be uncomfortable, terrifying, unsettling and anxiety inducing because our current patterns / behaviors are familiar — even if they no longer serve us. And in order for change to happen in your sensual erotic expansive life, you must change some thing… one thing.

One thing, in one tiny moment. Let’s start there angels. I cannot wait to see you practicing your new ways that align with your vision of YOU and THIS LIFE YOU OWN. I just got chills. Now you’re inspiring me. Damn. Perhaps even your Lover will be inspired with your new ways of living. Mmmkkkayyyy.

In the therapy language we call this developing a sense of “differentiation.” I find it such a sexy concept to hold steady in who you are while others are having needs of their own and even of you. Hold steady in all that you are babies. You got this.

Now look at you remembering who you are. You came here with all you need. You came here to remember your power. You came here to fall in love with Self.

One Love… because we are all connected in our humanity aren’t we? Juicy art @annasudit

Good Faith Estimate: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
