Black, multi-ethnic Polyamorous relationship therapist, Fox Eros, will join the book club to offer expert advice discussing polyamory, identity, queer love and taking care of Self in our intimate relationships. Fox (M.A., AMFT), known as "The Polyamory Therapist" has earned a reputation as an incandescent, deeply empathetic and passion filled Psychotherapist, Writer and Speaker. She has a Master's Degree in Marriage Family Therapy and specializes in Sex Therapy and Consensual Non-Monogamous Relationships. She is currently at work on her first book about polyamory and is a contributing writer and educator in the polyamory field. Fox continues to be sought out to help individuals and people in relationships with life stress, self-worth, identity, impacts of trauma, sex and intimacy related topics.

Facilitating "Let's Get This Poly Started!" An online workshop for consensual non-monogamists who are opening up, maintaining, and navigating CNM relationships. Topics to be discussed include: relationship structures, attachment styles, romance, sex and intimacy, communication, trust and compassion, difficult emotions and jealousy, agreements and boundaries, mono/poly mixed orientations, creating safety and security within relationships, coming out, benefits and struggles of poly, broken agreements and ruptures, building a community, dating, rumination, time management, break-ups, metamours, self-care and sexual health.   • Learn about specific relationship skills and the foundations of healthy polyamory to support you in opening up your relationship; with an emphasis on consent, communication, trust, transparency, compassion and self-care.

  • Reflect on your personal needs, desires and boundaries within polyamory and answering the question — “why are you drawn to polyamory.”

  • Become aware of the benefits and struggles of polyamory in order to manage expectations and care for yourself, Lover(s) and metamours.

  • Understand how to acknowledge and manage difficult feelings such as jealousy and fear, as well as how to navigate when agreements are broken.

  • Understand the importance of boundaries and agreements when it comes to dating, time management, defining what is sex is and navigating sexual health.

  • Discuss the importance of building a community within polyamory.
